Prof. Mba brings over 30 years of experience in teaching, training, and development, with a strong background in marketing, theology, and church administration. He is the Founder and President of Christian Training Academy Limited (CTAS) and Priesthood Assembly Inc., and has developed over 400 professional materials, manuals, and books on training and development.
As a respected leader in his field, Prof. Mba has served in various capacities, including as Secretary of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria, Lagos State/Province level, for 28 years. He is also the Founder and President of the Association of Training Ministers of the Gospel Inc. (ATMG) and a Senior Member of the Nigeria Institute of Training and Development (NITAD).
