Namamera Village, Busia, Eastern Uganda – The CHAMA Village of Hope Chapter, led by Coordinator and Warrior Pastor Barasa Johnson, is making significant progress in its mission to support the local community.

Pastor Johnson, a man of unwavering faith, donated 3.5 acres of land to the CHAMA mission without ever meeting the founder, demonstrating his trust and commitment to the cause. Despite facing challenges and attempts to sway his faith, Pastor Johnson remains dedicated to the work, along with his family.

During a recent visit to Uganda in May, Pastor Johnson submitted his reports and discussed future plans with the founder. The chapter is now set to embark on a new piggery project, with the pig house already built.

Ongoing initiatives include feeding school children, a vital program that ensures the well-being and education of the young community members.

The CHAMA Village of Hope Chapter is a shining example of community development and faith in action. With Pastor Johnson’s leadership and the support of the community, the chapter continues to thrive and make a positive impact in Namamera Village.

Join us in praying for Pastor Barasa Johnson and the CHAMA Village of Hope Chapter as they continue their vital work in Uganda.
