It is no longer news that dozens of military officers invaded Amangwu Ohafia community in Ohafia Local Government Area of Abia State, in South Eastern Nigeria. According to a widow whose house, goat and properties were set ablaze: "the stern looking military officers stormed the community in a commando form and started shooting sporadically, setting houses, shops and personal cars on fire. This warranted both the young and old to scamper for safety in nearby villages and we became internally displaced persons (IDPs) overnight and many became sick.".
