Canada's Premier, Tim Houston, has commended Olugu Ukpai for his advocacy work on malaria. Just two weeks after the Red Chamber of Canada praised Dr. Ukpai's efforts, the Premier of Nova Scotia, Tim Houston, also acknowledged and appreciated his work to end malaria globally.
